STERLINK® FPS-15s Plus
The STERLINK® FPS-15s Plus sterilization system is a low-temperature plasma sterilizer designed to deactivate microorganisms on a wide array of metal and nonmetal medical devices and surgical instruments at low temperatures. This system is dependable and offers multiple sterilization techniques.
STERLINK® sterilizes medical devices by releasing hydrogen peroxide vapor into the chamber or pouch. It quickly sterilizes medical instruments and materials without leaving harmful residues behind. The sterilization process is gentle and does not harm instruments that are sensitive to heat and moisture.
This sterilizer is suitable for both metal and non-metal medical devices and is effective for instruments with complex internal structures and very small equipment.
It reliably achieves a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10-6, meeting the standards set by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and international guidelines, provided it is used according to specified material and design parameters.
The devices have been pre-validated to reach an SAL of 10-6 under conditions of high resistance, including specified lumens and mated surfaces.
